Ke$ha專輯''animal'' ，獲得白金認證在全球專輯銷售兩百萬的成績，將於11月22號發行改版專輯"Cannibal" (食人族) ，專輯中會有八首新歌外加一首Remix 歌曲。 在稍早時，Ke$ha釋出改版專輯中的單曲"We R Who We R"，一貫的電子音效以及一貫的重節拍，極為強烈的個人特色，不但專輯賣得好，今年的全美音樂獎一次入圍三項大獎，分別為「ARTIST OF THE YEAR」、「BREAKTHROUGH ARTIST」、「Favorite Female Artist」。
Ke$ha 對於接下來新發行的作品說了一些自己的想法概念:
